THE POWER TO BEGIN AGAIN
To be loved by me
Dear Reader,
I’m writing this because I’ve noticed something about our journey together. We spend so much of our energy trying to change our external lives, our jobs, our surroundings, our relationships, but we often forget to look at the ‘hidden script’ running the show inside our minds.
Most of our days are spent replaying a memorised set of behaviours and emotional reactions. We wake up, reach for our phones, and immediately step into the same thoughts we had yesterday. We aren't always choosing our lives; often, we are simply following a path our feet have walked so many times that it has become a deep groove.
But this isn't a letter about being stuck. It is a letter about the beautiful truth that you are designed for renewal.
Imagine your brain not as a fixed machine, but as a living garden. Every thought you repeat is like a path you walk through the grass. The more you walk it, the clearer the path becomes. This is what we call ‘programming’.
When we rely on our unconscious habits, we are letting the garden grow on its own. To change your life, you have to become the gardener. You have to consciously decide which paths to keep walking and which ones to let grow over with new, greener thoughts.
It starts in the quiet moments of the morning. When we immediately check our devices, we allow the world to programme our mood before we’ve even had a chance to speak to ourselves. This cycle of reaction keeps us anchored to the person we were yesterday.
True self-development begins the moment you decide not to make the same choice you did yesterday. It’s in that tiny gap between a feeling and an action where your freedom lives.
One of the most powerful tools in mind management is understanding your refractory period. This is simply the time it takes for your heart to return to peace after a storm.
If you stay upset for an hour, it’s a reaction.
If you stay upset for a week, it becomes a mood.
If you stay upset for years, it can become a personality.
The work of a conscious mind is to shorten that time. When life knocks you off balance, the goal isn't to feel pain; it's to see how gracefully and quickly you can return to a state of love. This is how you reclaim your power from the past.
I do not plan to leave you without my special tips. Here is how we begin the work:
Your mind is so powerful that it struggles to tell the difference between a vivid imagination and a real event. When you sit in silence and feel the peace of your future, you are literally preparing your brain to recognise it when it arrives. Growth might feel like a stretch. That slight ‘ache’ of doing something new is actually the feeling of your old habits fading away. Embrace the unfamiliar.
If you aren't defined by a vision of where you are going, you will always be held captive by the memories of where you’ve been. You are not your past mistakes, and you are not your old habits. You are the gardener, and today is a perfect day to plant something new.
With all my love and belief in your growth,

I really need a reboot in my mind and to declutter every junk in my mind.
